Roadway Tire will not be responsible stolen products after being delivered by UPS. It is the customers responsibility to track their packages, and make arraignments for someone to be home to receive the package. If no one is home upon UPS's arrival the driver will leave the packages(usually out of plain site, depending on the driver), and no signature is required. Once again it is the customers responsibility to ensure the security of their packages once left by UPS.
Roadway Tire will not be responsible for shipping delay's due to UPS logistics and scheduling. All overnight and 2nd express orders must be confirmed by telepone(877)242-6481. Due to certain restrictions by UPS we can not ship to an A.P.O or F.P.O address.
For local pick up please call ahead to ensure that your tires are in stock and at our wearhouse ready to be picked up. You can order your tires directly from our website and when checking out of our shopping cart please select "Pick Up" from our shipping menu, and you will not be charged any shipping and we will know that you are coming to pick your tires up.
