All returns must be completed within 7 days upon receiving. You must call 877-242-6481 to receive a RMA (e-mails will not be accepted). All tires returned must be in original packing with all paperwork still in the packing slip. We can not accept a tire once it has been mounted on a rim (No acceptations). If the tire has been mounted and you say that it has not, we will be able to detect this. Mounted tires leave cut marks in the bead which we inspect for upon receiving all returns. If this is the case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred while shipping the tire back.
All returns are subject to a 15% re stocking fee($15.00 minimum) unless the return is due to a mistake by Roadway Tire. Once the product is received and has passed inspection, a credit will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order minus, any shipping charges and re stocking fee's.
