2.If You Know the Tire Size You Need: You can
use our "shop for tires by size" search tool. This can be
located on any page in our website. Look at the top center
of any page on our site)
3. To
calculate shipping you must enter a tire size in our "Shop for
tires" search. When you get to the results page you will find
a button "Get shipping rates" on the right hand side of the
page. Click on the button and enter the required information.
4. Your
tracking #'s will be sent to you through our automated system
via e-mail when your package ships.
5. If
you receive an e-mail confirming that your package has
processed and you have not received your tracking #'s please
call (877) 302-5721. When the receptionist answers give the
company name and order number.
6. If
you received your tracking #'s and you have not
received your tires in 7-10 days please call (877) 302-5721
and explain your situation to the operator.
7. Roadway Tire takes every
precaution to protect the privacy of your credit card
information. We utilize Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the most
advanced security system available. All of your ordering
information — including your name, address and credit card
number — is encrypted using a Secure Server for maximum
security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be
read as it travels to our ordering system.
Please note: When you enter your credit card
information you need to enter it exactly as it appears on
your billing statement. If you enter the wrong billing
information, your bank will issue an Authorization, however
when the information is received through our payment
gateway, our processor (VeriSign) will automatically issue a
voided transaction. When this occurs unfortunately it can
put a hold on your funds for a day or two until VeriSign
sends the necessary information to your bank letting them
know that the transaction has been voided. So remember to
enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your
statement.
