If present when the product is delivered and some visible damage is noticed to the packages, refuse the shipment and have UPS return to Roadway Tire. Their will be no charge for this and it will help us submit a damaged goods claim with UPS. Upon receipt of damaged tires, new product will be shipped out that same day(if available). Any damage to tires must be reported to Roadway Tire within 48hrs, any time after could result in a denied damaged goods return authorization.
